Our resort "CARIBBEAN NATURE, Luxury Marine Eco-Resort" will consist of 42 luxurious villas built on the sea and on the beach ground plus 72 suites inside the island.

THE VILLAS

Our resort has 3 kinds of villas that vary according to their luxury and location

PLATINUM VILLAS: They are ultra-luxury bungalows built over the sea with large bedroom and living room, bathroom, KITchen area, large wooden deck in front, with access stairs to a platform at sea level that allows direct disembarkation, and a private solarium terrace. They are equipped with designer furniture, large TVs, international telephone service, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc. The bedroom has a glass floor that lights at night and allows you to see the fish swimming under the suite.

GOLD PLUS VILLAS: They are luxury bungalows built in front of the beach with a bedroom from which you can see the sea from the same bed and room also with sea view, bathroom, KITchenette, and a large wooden deck in front. They are equipped with designer furniture, large TVs, international telephone service, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc.

GOLD VILLAS: They are luxury bungalows built in front of the beach with two bedrooms, living room on the ground floor and bedroom on the top floor with a balcony that allows seeing the sea from the same bed, large bathroom, and a large wooden deck to the front that allows watching the sea. They are equipped with designer furniture, large TVs, international telephone service, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc.
 


TOURIST SEASONS

We have in the zone 2 tourist high seasons during the year

HIGH SEASON 1: From December 15 to March 14. (Tourists from the Southern Hemisphere, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and others)

HIGH SEASON 2: From June 15 to September 14. (Tourists from the Northern Hemisphere, Canada, USA, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, among others)

The LOW SEASON brings tourists from all these countries in smaller numbers but with higher purchasing power.

Resort fees are calculated according to similar hotels in the area and in other similar destinations. (Prices in the area range from $ 350.00 to $ 600.00. In Maldives from $ 600.00 to $ 1700.00)

AND HERE IS WHERE YOU GET INTO THE BUSINESS

This is a denominated Direct Investment Program because the benefits come "directly" from the results of a simple and defined commercial activity. For example car rental or as in this case hotel room rental.

LET'S SEE HOW THE INVESTMENT WORKS

We have selected 18 of the best villas in our resort.

We have divided each villa in 150 units that are called PARTICIPATIONS so that the net collection of the renting of each villa will be distributed among the 150 participations.

Each participation is a legal title that states that you own a portion of the usufruct of the property without having to own the hotel. (Usufruct is the right to enjoy the use and advantages of another's property)

Of these 150 units per villa, 50 units are owned by our Company and the remaining 100 units of each villa are distributed among investors like you who want to share the profit.

The price of each participation is

US$ 1,950.00  (ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY USA DOLLAR)

WHAT PROFITABILITY CAN YOU EXPECT?

As the resort occupancy varies throughout the year, the payoffs also vary so you can get the following benefits depending on the season and the resort occupancy rate

As prices increase each year, your profitability will also increase and will exceed the one we calculate here.

Every three months, within 20 days after the close of each season, the company will credit in your account your benefits. You will have direct access to your account through internet. You can then request these benefits are sent to you the way you wish.

Specifically the days of payment of your benefits are: April 5, July 5, October 5 and January 5 every year.

At this time and for a limited number of early investors,
the company offers these 2 GUARANTEES:

GUARANTEE 1: MINIMUM PROFITABILITY 14.4% and 9.5% per year
In order to make you feel more confident about that these results are normal, our company guarantees you the minimum profit corresponding to the 40% occupancy even if the villa occupancy is less than 40% or is even totally unoccupied. You will receive at least this profit from the moment you invest your money.

In other words, a MINIMUM GUARANTEED PROFITABILITY of 14.4% per year in high season and 9.5% per year in the low-season. This makes a guaranteed annual average return of 11.95% annually (Remember that each season adds up to 6 months a year)

GUARANTEE 2: RECOVERY OF YOUR INVESTMENT
If after 1 year from the purchase of your shares you want to sell them and withdraw your investment, the Company agrees to repurchase your participations by paying the same price as the one you bought.
