Our resort
"CARIBBEAN NATURE, Luxury Marine Eco-Resort"  will consist of 15 luxurious villas built over the sea plus 27 suites in the beachfront land  of the island.

We do not want to dwell on the many benefits that Panama offers besides its always tropical climate, but we must mention its booming economic activity with sustained growth of 6% per annum and public safety as some of the qualities most appreciated today.

ADDITIONAL PROFITABILITY: ENJOY THE VILLAS

You can use a villa at the rate of 2 days a year per share.

 
For example, if you invest in 15 shares, you can stay at the resort
during 30 days every year !!!

During that time you do not receive interest because you are occupying the villa and you have to pay for hotel maintenance and services.
( US $ 61.00 per day in 2019) Consumption (meals, drinks, excursions, etc.) are not included.

HOW THE INVESTMENT WORKS


We have selected 18 of the best villas in our resort.

We have divided each villa into 150 shares so that the net proceeds of each villa
will be distributed among the 150 shares.

Each share is a legal title that states that you are a part beneficiary of
the "usufruct" of the property without being the owner of the hotel.



The price of each share is $ 1,950.00 (ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY US DOLLAR).

 

THE VILLAS

Our resort has 3 kinds of villas that vary according to their luxury and location

PLATINUM VILLAS : These are ultra luxury bungalows built on the sea with a large bedroom and living room, bathroom, kitchenette, large wooden deck in front, with access ladder to a platform at sea level that allows direct landing, and a terrace private solarium They are equipped with designer furniture, large format television sets, international telephony, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc. The bedroom has a glass floor that is illuminated at night and allows you to see the fish swimming under the suite.

GOLDEN PLUS VILLAS : These are ultra luxury bungalows built on land by the sea with a bedroom from which you can see the sea from the bed and a living room also with ocean view, bathroom, kitchenette, and a large wooden deck in front . They are equipped with designer furniture, large format television sets, international telephony, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc.

GOLDEN VILLAS: They are luxury bungalows built on land by the sea with two bedrooms, living room on the ground floor and bedroom on the top floor with a balcony that allows you to see the sea from the same bed, large bathroom, and a large wooden deck front that allows to observe the sea. They are equipped with designer furniture, large format television sets, international telephony, Internet, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, etc.

 


THE SEASONS

We have in the zone 2 high tourist seasons during the year

HIGH SEASON 1: From 15 December to 14 March. (Tourists from the southern hemisphere, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and others)

HIGH SEASON 2: From 15 June to 14 September. (Tourists from the northern hemisphere, Canada, USA, Italy, Spain, France, Holland, others)

LOW SEASON brings tourists from all those countries in smaller numbers although with greater purchasing power.


HOTEL RATES Resort rates are calculated according to similar hotels both in the area and in other similar destinations. (Prices in the area range from $ 350.00 to $ 600.00. In Maldives from $ 600.00 to $ 1700.00)

We take 20% off sales for maintenance and management expenses and we have the following average net revenue per villa and season in dollars.

As the occupancy of the resort varies throughout the year, the returns also vary so you can get the following benefits depending on the season and the degree of occupancy of the resort

NOTE: These returns apply during 6 months of the year

As prices rise every year, profitability will also increase and will exceed the estimate here.

Every three months, 20 days after the close of each season, the real profitability obtained is calculated and is reflected in your account on the Internet.

Benefits payments are every six months: on 5 April and 5 October each year. You may request that those benefits will be sent as desired.

 


NOW and for a limited time.

The company offers 2 ADDITIONAL GUARANTEES:

GUARANTEE 1: MINIMUM INSURED PROFITABILITY of 11.95% per annum

From the first day our company guarantees the minimum profitability corresponding to an occupancy of 40% even if the villa has an occupancy of less than 40% or even if it is completely unoccupied.

In other words, a GUARANTEED MINIMUM PROFIT of 14.4% per year in high season and 9.5% per year in low season. This makes a guaranteed average annual return of 11.95% per year
(Remember that each season is 6 months per year) This guarantee applies from the day you place your investment.

GUARANTEE 2: BUYBACK OF SHARES

After 1 year from the purchase of your shares, should you want to sell them and withdraw your investment, the Company undertakes to repurchase your shares by paying the same price at which you purchased them.
